AGILITY

Agility is a teamwork sport involving a dog and a handler. The handler will run with dogs to complete a obstacles course within two to three minutes. The course is design by a judge with different levels of difficulty.

The first agility test was demonstrated at Crufts in 1978.

Agility in Malaysia started as a demonstration group in 1998 to 2000. Competitive agility began from 2006. In Malaysia dogs can compete for agility titles from the MKA (Malaysian Kennel Association). These agility titles are recognized by FCI and other countries.
